The profiles of all auction participants list the date package to be provided. Ticketed events are non-negotiable and therefore must take place on the specified date and time. Other dates are open-ended and will be held when both the winning bidder and single participant can arrange a mutually convenient time. Please pay close attention to any ticketed non-negotiable date packages listed in the program in order to avoid conflicts. Non-negotiated ticketed date packages will be considered forfeited if the winning bidder cancels or postpones the date for any reason. Rescheduling of a non-negotiable ticketed date package will be ath the sole discretion of the single participant. Ticketed events postponed by non-controllable circumstances such as weather conditions or the postponement of the ticketed event itself will be rescheduled when both the winning bidder and single participant can arrange a mutually convenient time. Winning bidders must provide payment in full immediately after the close of the auctioned date package they bid on. The single participant will escort winning bidders to the payment table. Cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. After payment is completed both the winning bidder and single participant will exchange phone numbers and/or email addresses to later contact each other for arranging dates and times to meet. To bid, just raise your hand. Spotters throughout the audience will assist you in placing bids with the auctioneer. Opening bids for each Single will begin at $50.00 and will progress in $50.00 and then $25.00 increments. It is understood by everyone in attendance and by the winning bidders, specifically, that neither the organizer of the event (Horsetooth Sertoma Club) nor any charities benefitting from the event (Project Self-Sufficiency, SAVA and Poudre Valley Hospital Foundation) nor any advertising entity nor any event sponsor or donator have control over the actions of the Single participants in the auction. The winning bidder acknowledges such risks and there are no guarantees associated with any date package purchased. By participating, the winning bidder expressly assumes such risk and hereby agrees to hold harmless, release, waive and discharge the sponsors, organizers, donators, and charities benefitted from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses that may result or be incurred by a winning bidder in this event. All sales are final.
